In recent events COVID-19 has temporarily closed all non- essential services, which include hair and aesthetic services.

As we plan to return, the safety of our clients and staff are our main priority. 

A visit to the hair salon may be slightly different, the following protocols will be adhered to in the foreseeable future.

Our current protocols include: 

​

1. Screening questions will be completed prior to having your services done. Temperatures will be taken with a touchless thermometer. 

2. All clients require a face mask/covering, if one is not worn they will be provided. 

3. Hand sanitizer (alcohol based hand rub) will be provided, and required before and after all services.  Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the salon.

Please arrive for your appointment on time, as there will be a limited waiting area to ensure effective social distancing.

 

When booking your appointment, please inform the service you will be having to the receptionist.  This ensures that we are able to schedule the appropriate amount of time for your appointment, which allows the stylist to properly disinfect before, and after each client.

To ensure your safety, all staff members will be wearing appropriate PPE during your appointment. 

​

Upon reopening, our staff members will be alternating their working days. This reduces the number of stylists in the salon to encourage social distancing.

If you are interested in purchasing any retail/products, please ask your stylist or the receptionist for assistance. The products will be disinfected and place in a bag for your convenience.
